NOTIFICATION AND PUBLIC DISCLOSURE OF TRANSACTIONS BY PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND PERSONS CLOSELY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
The Company announces that on 12 October 2016 the following directors/PDMRs were granted options to purchase ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company pursuant to the Aldermore Group PLC Sharesave Plan (the "Plan").
Under the terms of the Plan, the options are exercisable at a price of £1.54 per ordinary share from 1 December 2019 up to and including 30 May 2020.
