The Conygar Investment Company PLC ("Conygar" or "Company"), the property investment and development group, announces that it has been notified today that Bimaljit Sandhu, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 47,500 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Following the transfer, Bimaljit Sandhu holds 4,062,500 ordinary shares, representing 7.6% of the existing issued share capital of the Company.
