Ted Baker PLC26 March 2007 Ted Baker PLC (the "Company") Directors' Dealings The Company was notified on 26 March 2007 by the trustees of the Ted Baker 1998Employee Benefit Trust that shares previously awarded have now vested under theTed Baker Performance Share Plan to two directors, RS Kelvin and LD Page for24,971 and 18,868 shares respectively. The shares vested to RS Kelvin and LDPage have been immediately sold to institutional investors on 26 March 2007 at612 pence per share. As a result of the transactions on 26 March 2007, the holdings for RS Kelvin andLD Page remain unchanged at 16,537,276 shares and 293,837 shares representing39.5% and 0.7% of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital with votingrights.
