Exercise of options pursuant to the "Value Creation Plan" long term management incentive scheme, which were granted on 9 March 2012.

The Board of Alternative Networks announces that the following Directors have each sold shares and subsequently exercised options as follows. The shares were sold at 319.06 pence per ordinary share.
