Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 8 March 2012 that on the same day, Martin Towers, Non Executive Director, purchased 200,000 shares at a price of 10.55p each and that his wife, Mrs Emma Towers, purchased 100,000 shares at a price of 9.88p. Both purchases were made via their respective self invested personal pensions administered by Hargreaves Lansdown. Martin Tower's beneficial interest in the Company's shares following this purchase is 500,000 ordinary shares of 1p each.
