The Company was notified on 25 September that Graham McDonald, Non-executive Director of the Company, acquired 1,595 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, through participation in the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Plan, at a price of 57.60 pence per Ordinary share.
