PDMR transaction - Initial Notification
Pressure Technologies plc announces that on 23 February 2017, 5,000 shares of 5 pence each in the Company were disposed of by Philip Cammerman, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR"). This sale was carried out as part of a tax planning exercise. Following the sale Philip Cammerman retains a shareholding of 30,000 shares representing 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital.
