Celtic Resources Holdings PLC14 August 2007 Celtic Resources Holdings Plc ("Celtic" or the "Company") Change in Director's Interest Celtic was advised on 14 August 2007 that MG Capital Plc ("MG Capital") sold 29,691 ordinary shares of Euro 0.25 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 10 August 2007 at 198p per share. Peter Hannen, a director of the Company, holds an interest in MG Capital that is declarable under the Companies Act 1990. Mr Hannen and Mr Scott-Barrett, also a director of the Company, are both directors of MG Capital, but are excluded from the procedures whereby this decision was made. As a result of this sale, Peter Hannen is now interested in 40,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
