Anpario announces that it was notified on 27 April 2021 by Peter Lawrence, Non-Executive Chairman, that on 22 April 2021 Peter Lawrence sold 5,000 ordinary shares of 23p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 651p each. Following the disposal, Peter Lawrence and his family have an ultimate beneficial interest of 22,950 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
