Notification of Directors' Interests

Pursuant to the Company's obligations under paragraph 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, BBA Aviation plc hereby notifies the following dealings in BBA Aviation plc ordinary shares of 2916 /21 pence each in the capital of the Company:

1 On 17 March 2010 the following individuals were allocated beneficial interests in shares under the Company's 2006 Deferred Bonus Plan:

2 The following matching awards over shares were made under the Company's 2006 Deferred Bonus Plan to those listed below on 16 March 2010:

The matching awards over shares are subject to the achievement of performance conditions and, if and to the extent the awards vest, shares will be released at nil cost in accordance with the Plan's rules.
