The Board of Murgitroyd announces that it was notified on 18 September 2012 that Keith G Young, an Executive Director of the Group, sold 86,784 ordinary shares at a price of 417.5 pence per share on that date.

Following the sale, Mr Young no longer has an interest in the ordinary shares in the Group.
