Notification of Transactions by Director/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR)

On 26 October 2011, Kingfisher plc (the "Company") was notified that Ian Cheshire, a Director of the Company, was granted an option over 4,522 ordinary shares of the Company under the Kingfisher plc Sharesave Scheme, at an option price of 199p per share. The option was granted in conjunction with the entering into of a three year savings contract. The option will become exercisable on 1 December 2014.

This announcement is made pursuant to the Disclosure and Transparency Rules 3.1.4.
