Tribal Group PLC12 August 2005 12 August 2005 Tribal Group plc ("the Company") On 12 August 2005, Abacus Corporate Trustee Limited, the trustees of TribalGroup's Employee Share Ownership Trust ("the Trust") purchased 370,000 ordinary5p shares at 200p per share, on behalf of the Trust. The total number of shares held by the Trust is 470,000 shares representing0.62% of the Company's issued share capital. The shares were purchased by the Trust to satisfy in due course and, ifappropriate, grant awards under the Company's previously announced Share OptionPlans and Save As You Earn (SAYE) Plan. As the Trust's shares may ultimatelyvest in executive directors and senior executives, all directors and PersonsDischarging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR) in the Company are treated asinterested in transactions by the Trust.
