George P. Walker George Walker has exercised options over 32,483 ordinary shares under theAggreko Non-approved Executive Share Option Scheme 1997, granted on 16 September1999, at an option price of 294 pence per share. Following the award, Mr. Walkerhas notified the company that he has today sold 27,254 ordinary shares at 601.62pper share; the major part of the proceeds of this sale will serve to satisfythe exercise price and the tax liability on the exercise of the options.Following these transactions Mr Walker's beneficial ownership in the Company hasincreased by 4.6% to 119,775 ordinary shares (0.044% of the total issued sharecapital). Frederick A. B. Shepherd Frederick Shepherd has exercised options over 34,014 ordinary shares under theAggreko Non-approved Executive Share Option Scheme 1997, granted on 16 September1999, at an option price of 294 pence per share. Following the award, Mr.Shepherd has notified the company that he has today sold 34,014 ordinary sharesat 601.62p per share.
