1st October, 2014 - The Board of Proteome announces that Geoff Ellis, Finance Director, has today been granted options over 300,000 ordinary shares of 1p each under the Company's 2011 Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). These options are exercisable at a price of 1p per ordinary share and are subject to a minimum three year vesting period and the achievement of certain performance criteria under the LTIP rules.
These options represent approximately 0.14% of the Company's current issued share capital. Mr. Ellis currently holds no other options or shares in the Company.
