Aggreko PLC02 October 2007 Aggreko plc (the "Company") Notification of Interests of Directors 2 October 2007 Mr. AC Salvesen The Company has been notified today that that the Trustees of the AndrewSalvesen Children's Trust and the Stephanie Salvesen Section 89 Trust have sold525,000 shares and 35,350 shares respectively, at a price of 621.5 pence pershare. Mr. AC Salvesen has a beneficial interest in these holdings which total560,350 shares and represent 0.21% of the issued share capital of the Company. Subsequent to these transactions, Mr. AC Salvesen has today acquired 560,350shares in the Company at a price of 621.5 pence per share. The total interests of Mr. Salvesen are unchanged at 10,106,075 shares or 3.74%of the issued share capital of the Company.
