AO World plc (the "Company")
Director / PDMR Shareholding - SAYE Options
AO World plc announces that on 2 March 2026, John Roberts (Chief Executive Officer of the Company) and Mark Higgins (Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of the Company), each exercised options over 33,962 ordinary shares of 0.25p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 53p per share pursuant to the Company's Sharesave Scheme (2023 grant). As a result of this transaction, John Roberts' beneficial holding is 88,585,888* Ordinary Shares, representing 15.495% of the current issued share capital of the Company, and Mark Higgins' beneficial holding is 160,138 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.028% of the current issued share capital of the Company.
The Company further announces that John Roberts was granted options over 20,222 Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Company's Sharesave Scheme (2026 grant). These options have a contract start date of 1 March 2026 and are exercisable between 1 March 2029 and 31 August 2029. The exercise price, which was set in accordance with HMRC rules for Sharesave plans, is 90p.
\* The beneficial holding for John Roberts excludes 6,348 Ordinary Shares held by Crystalcraft Limited, a company of which he is a director and shareholder and 4,547,115 Ordinary Shares held by the Jolly Foundation, of which he is a trustee, member and director.
