NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF
PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES ("PDMRs")
The Company announces the following PDMR transactions:
· On 29 May 2019, Mr Kevin Hayes, Chief Financial Officer, and Jack Berry, Director sold 9,649 ordinary shares of 0.003 pence each ("Shares") following the exercise of options pursuant to the Company's SAYE Option Scheme ; and
· On 26 May 2019, Mr Mike Faulkner exercised options, which were granted at 186.53p pursuant to the Company's SAYE Option Scheme, to subscribe for 9,649 Shares.
Following this notification:
· Mr Hayes holds 346,886 Shares representing approximately 0.422% of the total shareholding in the Company;
· Mr Berry holds 870,268 Shares representing approximately 1.058% of the total shareholding in the Company; and
· On the allotment and issue of the Shares, Mr Faulkner will hold 3,716,472 representing approximately 4.517% of the total shareholding in the Company.
Formal notification in respect of each PDMR is set out below in accordance with the requirements of the Market Abuse Regulation.
