Westside Acquisitions plc, the AIM listed investment vehicle, was today notified by Executive Director Geoffrey Simmonds, that he has transferred 3,610,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.55p per share into his Self Invested Pension Plan. Following this transaction, Mr Simmonds' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 13,867,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing approximately 12 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
