The Company was today notified that on 11 March 2022 Desmond de Beer, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, acquired a total of 88,086 ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("Shares") as follows:

Following these transactions, Desmond de Beer has an interest in 1.018% of the total issued share capital (excluding shares held in treasury) of the Company.
The Company was also notified on 14 March 2022 that Alan Olivier, alternate Director to Desmond de Beer, had acquired 150,000 Shares.
