Stagecoach Group PLC10 January 2007 Exercise of Executive Share Options Stagecoach Group plc ("the Company") has been notified today, 10 January 2007,of the following transaction in the securities of the Company by a persondischarging managerial responsibility. The transactions have been notified inaccordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R(1)(a).
