On 20 December 2023, Sage was notified that Amanda Cusdin, who is a member of the Sage Executive Leadership Team, sold 43,000 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage at a price of £11.705972 per share. Following this sale, the resultant total shareholding of Amanda Cusdin is 126,809 ordinary shares of 14/77 pence each in Sage.
