The Company has been notified that Bill Ronald, Chairman, purchased 5,150 ordinary shares of £0.0189 in the Company on the London Stock Exchange at a price of £4.55 per share on Monday, 27 July 2015. Following this transaction Bill Ronald now holds a total of 31,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.095% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This notification was received by the Company on 27 July 2015 and was made in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R.
