XP Power Limited ("the Company") has been notified that on 11 October 2013, Larry Tracey, Chairman, sold 50,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at a price of 1500.00p each. Following the transaction, Mr. Tracey has a beneficial interest in 1,226,838 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.38% of the Company's issued share capital.
