Servoca, the AIM listed specialist outsourcing and recruitment solutions provider, received notification on Friday 13 September 2013 that on that day Hawk Investment Holdings Limited ("Hawk") sold 5,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.5p a share. On the same day, Groundlinks Limited ("Groundlinks") purchased 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 3.5p a share.
Following this transaction, Hawk's interest is 31,862,481 Ordinary Shares, representing 25.37% of the total voting rights in the Company, and the Groundlinks interest is 17,766,162 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.15% of the total voting rights in the Company.
Hawk and Groundlinks are considered to be included in a concert party under the influence of ALR Morton, Chairman of the Company. The concert party comprises Hawk Investment Holdings Limited, Seraffina Holdings Limited, Retro Grand Limited, Groundlinks Limited and Southwind Limited. The aggregate holding of the concert party of 79,573,302 Ordinary Shares is unchanged by this transaction and represents 63.37% of the total voting rights in the Company.
