Directors' Dealings

The Company has received notice that, on 22 May 2014, the following dealings by directors of the Company took place:

Chris Macdonald, a director of the Company, transferred 625 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his and his family's personal shareholding into his Self Invested Pension Plan ("SIPP"). Chris MacDonald also transferred 97,000 Ordinary Shares from his wife's personal shareholding into his own personal shareholding. Following these transactions Chris Macdonald's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 827,889 Ordinary Shares representing 6.19% of the Company's issued share capital

Richard Spencer, a director of the Company, transferred 612 Ordinary Shares from his and his family's personal shareholding into his SIPP. Richard Spencer also transferred 8,150 Ordinary Shares from his SIPP into his and his family's personal shareholding. Richard Spencer also transferred 2,150 Ordinary Shares from his wife's personal shareholding into his own personal shareholding. Following these transactions Richard Spencer's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 773,353 Ordinary Shares representing 5.78% of the Company's issued share capital.

Nick Holmes, a director of the Company, transferred 1,360 Ordinary Shares from his and his family's personal shareholding into his SIPP. Following this transaction Nick Holmes' beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 44,564 Ordinary Shares representing 0.33% of the Company's issued share capital.

Simon Jackson, a director of the Company, transferred 3,927 Ordinary Shares from his personal shareholding into his wife's personal shareholding. Following this transaction Simon Jackson's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 86,299 Ordinary Shares representing 0.64% of the Company's issued share capital.
