This notification relates to a transaction notified in accordance with Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R (1) (a).

On 3 March 2010, Brewin Dolphin Holdings PLC received notification that Simon Edward Callum Miller, Non-Executive Director, has today acquired 5,000 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 127.7p each, representing 0.0022% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

His resultant holding in the Company is now 30,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0132% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
