Director/ PDMR Shareholding
D4t4 Solutions Plc (AIM: D4T4) announces that on 4 September 2018, the Company received notification from Roger McDowell, Non executive Director, that on that date he sold 1,550,000 Ordinary Shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 189.62 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the above transactions, Mr McDowell no longer has a beneficial holding of Ordinary Shares in the Company.
