On 14 January 2014 IG Group Holdings Plc (the "Company") was notified under DTR 3.1.2R of transactions carried out by a PDMR and a person connected to that PDMR in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 0.005p each (the "Ordinary Shares"). This notice is being issued in accordance with DTR 3.1.4R(1)(a) and DTR 3.1.5R.
