Directors Dealings
Sigma Capital Group plc, the private rented sector ("PRS") and urban regeneration specialist, was informed on 14 June 2017 that Trudy Barnet, Graham Barnet's wife, sold 300,000 ordinary shares of one pence each ("Ordinary Shares") held through Merchant Investment SSAS, a pension scheme of which she is the sole beneficiary, on 14 June 2017, at a price of 80 pence per share.
Following this transaction, Graham Barnet's total beneficial interest in the Company (including his family interests as defined under the AIM Rules for Companies) is 6,213,237 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 7.0% of the Company's total voting rights.
