Notification of Directors' Interests
The Trustees of the Aggreko Employees' Benefit Trust (the "Trust") have notified the Company that they have acquired 800,000 Aggreko plc ordinary shares on 6 June 2008 at a price of 623.42 pence per share, representing 0.29% of the total Issued Share Capital of the Company.
Following the transaction, the Trust holds a total of 2,921,300 Aggreko plc shares, representing 1.07% of the total Issued Share Capital of the Company, and in which Mr. R C Soames, Mr. A G Cockburn, Mr. F A B Shepherd, Mr. G P Walker and Mr K. Pandya, as Directors of the Company, have an interest as potential beneficiaries. The trust has been established to distribute shares to employees of the Company and its subsidiaries on the vesting of awards granted under the Aggreko Performance Share Plan 2004 and the Aggreko Co-Investment Plan 2004.
