Grant of Options
Further to the announcement on 24 November 2016, relating to the approval by shareholders of a Performance Share Plan ("PSP"), Bioquell plc (LSE: BQE) announces that nil cost options over 667,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each ('Ordinary Shares') have been granted to Ian Johnson, Executive Chairman. Nil cost options over 90,000 Ordinary Shares have been granted to Michael Roller, Finance Director. A forfeitable shares award of 333,000 Ordinary Shares has been made to Jay LeCoque, Commercial Director.
These grants represent in aggregate approximately 4.95% of the current issued share capital and are in accordance with the rules of the PSP. The options and forfeitable shares shall vest and the options shall become exercisable on a change of control within 3 years of the date of grant at a price of more than £2 per share.
Jay LeCoque and Ian Johnson have no further interest in the share capital of the Company. Michael Roller also holds 9,623 Ordinary Shares and has options over a further 317,980 Ordinary Shares at prices between 85p and 92.5p.
