The Company was today notified that on 9 June 2015 Julie French, a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company, sold 30,000 shares at a price of 509.25 pence per share.

Following the sale, the total holding of Julie French is 259,244 shares (0.04% of the Company's share capital). The holdings are beneficial holdings of those named.
