DEALINGS BY DIRECTORS AND PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY

On 6 January 2009 the company was advised that, on 5 January 2009 the following ordinary shares of G4S plc were acquired by directors of and other persons discharging managerial responsibility within G4S plc as a result of the vesting of deferred shares awarded under the company's synergy and annual bonus schemes. The deemed value of the shares in each case was £2.0823 per share:
