Directors' Shareholdings

The Company received the following notification on 18 December 2012 pursuant to paragraph 3.1.2R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the Financial Services Authority.

Tom McGrath, a director of the Company, has sold 126,000 ordinary shares in the Company. The sale took place on 18 December 2012 at a price of 258.69 pence per share. Following the transaction, he remains interested in 5,000 ordinary shares of the Company.
