London, 12 June 2017: NMC Health plc (LSE:NMC) ('the Company'), the leading integrated healthcare provider operating across the United Arab Emirates (UAE), announces that it has received notification from Mr H. J. Mark Tompkins, Joint Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, that on 9 June 2017 he sold 1,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 2,300p per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Tompkins has an interest over a total of 22,083 shares, representing 0.01% of the current issued share capital of the Company, including Mrs Sarah Tompkins' direct interest in the shares of the Company of 1,983 shares, representing 0.001% of the current issued share capital of the Company, and 13,000 shares, representing 0.006% of the current issued share capital of the Company, owned by a family trust of which Mr Tompkins is a potential beneficiary.
