CEPS PLC (the "Company") announces that it has been notified today that David Horner, a director of the Company, purchased 30,740 shares in the Company at a price of 32.05 pence per share on 20 November 2013. Following the purchase, Mr Horner's shareholding is 1,019,495 shares representing approximately 18.85% of the issued share capital of the Company.
