Spectris plc ("the Company") Director/PDMR Shareholding
This notification is made in accordance with DTR 3.1.4(1)(a).
On 2 March 2012, awards granted on 25 February 2009 under the Spectris Performance Share Plan to a person discharging managerial responsibilities were exercised. The Company was informed by the individual below of the transaction on 2 March 2012. The awards were granted in the form of nominal cost options with an exercise price of 5 pence per share. The awards became exercisable on 25 February 2012 for a period of 7 years.
