Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 4 August 2009 that a SIPP belonging to Richard Shacklady, Non-Executive Chairman, had on that day purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 5p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 165p per share.
As a result of this transaction, Richard Shacklady is now interested in 59,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.52% of the issued share capital of the Company.
