Notification of Transaction by a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMRs")
For the purposes of DTR 3.1.4 of the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules, Glencore International plc (the "Company") hereby notifies that the following Director purchased Ordinary Shares of USD 0.01 each in the Company (the "Shares"):
1. Mr Li Ning notified the Company on 30 March 2012 that he purchased 61,000 Shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 30 March 2012 at HK$ 48.83 per share;
2. Prior to this transaction, Mr Li Ning held 62,000 Shares.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 6,922,713,511 Shares with voting rights. Each Share carries the right to one vote. The Company does not hold any Shares in Treasury.
