The SIP trustee, Equiniti Share Plan Trustees Limited (the "Trustee"), notifiedthe Company on 8 November 2007 that the following Directors of the Companyacquired Shares under the SIP on 7 November 2007, in each case, held by theTrustee: Director Number of Aggregate number of Shares held Shares acquired* beneficially following acquisition (across all accounts) Daryl Rees 674 19,663 Piers Morgan 674 19,663 \* The number of Shares acquired includes 337 Partnership Shares acquired at 37 pence and 337 Matching Shares issued under a Block Listing arrangement.
