As a result of purchases at 1120p by the royalblue group plc Share Incentive Plan on 27th March 2007, John Hamer, Chris Aspinwall and Andy Malpass, all directors of royalblue group plc became beneficial owners of 11 royalblue group plc ordinary shares each and Stephen Barrow a person discharging managerial responsibilities in royalblue group plc, also became the beneficial owner of 11 royalblue group plc ordinary shares.
