On 1 March 2017, the Group received notification that Patrick Butcher (person discharging managerial responsibility, Group Chief Financial Officer), purchased 2,477 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at a price of £20.0736 per share (the "Purchase") on 1 March 2017. Following the Purchase, Patrick Butcher holds 4,363 ordinary shares which represents 0.0101% of the current issued share capital of the Group.
