Share Purchase
In accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.2, we have today been notified of the following transactions over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company in respect of two Directors.
The following Directors have each increased their shareholdings in the Company by 2376 ADRs. The purchases were completed on 14 May 2009 via the OTC market in the USA at $2.01 per ADR (each representing one tenth of an ordinary share in the capital of Wolseley plc) and will be delivered in the form of American Depositary Shares:
