The Company has today been notified that Jim Durkin and Paul Hodges, both executive directors of the Company, each purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 15 April 2016 at a price of 145.0 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result, Jim Durkin and Paul Hodges are now interested in the following number of Ordinary Shares.
