Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ('PDMR') and Connected Persons

To comply with DTR 3.1.4.R, the Company advises that it was notified on 21 August 2013 that following the purchase on 21 August 2013 of 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 7.14 pence per share, Jeremy Hague (Finance Director) now has an interest in 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each which represents 0.04% of the total shares in issue. The shares are held through Barclayshare Nominees Limited.
