British Land announces that, on 04 August 2014, it received notification from the Trustees of The British Land Employee Share Trust that, on 04 August 2014, part of the Fund Managers Performance Plan Award granted to Nigel Webb, a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company, on 02 August 2013, vested. Nigel Webb thus received 26,711 ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company. Following the vesting, Nigel Webb sold 12,599 of his newly vested shares at a price of 697.55 pence per share to cover his tax liability.
