Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business announces that on 1 May 2014 James Bolton, Managing Director of the Company's subsidiary Atkinson Bolton Consulting Limited, transferred 12,300 Ordinary Shares into his self-invested personal pension scheme at a price of 444 pence per share.

James Bolton's beneficial interest remains unchanged at 412,718 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.07% of the Company's issued share capital.
