Director/PDMR Shareholding
On 11 September 2020 the Company was notified that Mark Law, Chief Commercial Officer, acquired 7,059 shares which vested under the terms of award granted as part of the Company's 2017 Restricted Share Award.
No consideration was paid for the shares, which have vested following the satisfaction of performance conditions set by the Remuneration Committee of the Company. Mark elected not to sell shares in order to satisfy the associated tax liability.
