Euromoney Institutional Investor PLC (the "Company") has been notified of the following transactions in the Company's ordinary shares of 0.25 pence each ("Shares").
As announced on 21 December 2015, Andrew Rashbass, Chief Executive Officer, was granted an award of options over 159,269 Shares in accordance with the Remuneration Policy approved by shareholders at the General Meeting held on 1 June 2015.
Under the terms of this share award, options over 39,817 Shares vested on 18 December 2020. Andrew Rashbass exercised these options over 39,817 Shares on 18 December 2020 and on the same date sold 18,714 Shares to settle resulting tax liabilities and transferred 21,103 Shares to his wife, J Rashbass.
